I am the worst procrastinator. I love that my clients give me deadlines but I hate that I still leave everything for the last minute because, you know, what’s the deadline for if not that? Can you relate to this?
I’ve been trying to increase my productivity and to become more disciplined, but the truth is that most of the times I’m still stuck at work, burning the midnight oil to make sure the client gets the job done on time. Unfortunately, I wasn’t finding the best way of keeping my energy levels up in a consistent, sustainable way. I was having way too much coffee that was actually doing nothing for me but giving me random spurts of energy that I couldn’t really turn into a productive use of my time.
