When I was diagnosed with cancer the doctors made sure they told me they were hopeful about the outcome. It was inoperable but the treatments they were about to recommend having a very high success rate. Considering the number of thoughts that were going through my mind at the time, treatments with a high success rate were the least of my concerns. Lucky for me that my wife took notes.
My biggest fear, besides facing death sooner than I anticipated, was the side effects of chemotherapy and radiation. While waiting for the first test results at the doctor’s office, I couldn’t help to overhear all the horror stories of nausea and hair loss. This idea that everything inside me had to be destroyed just to get rid of cancer haunted me day and night. But I had no choice.
The first week wasn’t all bad but it quickly escalated to the point of me not being able to hold much food in my stomach. The doctor prescribed me medical marijuana but I explained to him I had been sober for 20 years and I vowed not to do any drugs that altered my state of consciousness. The only exception was the prescribed medication I needed to take for cancer.
I needed an all-natural alternative that would work on boosting my immune system and helping me stay on my feet. The Chaga Earth’s organic Chaga tea came highly recommended by some of the fellows doing chemotherapy with me and their families. They even called it the anti-cancer Chaga, saying that the organic Chaga benefits could even help reduce the tumors.
I don’t know if a daily cup of organic Chaga tea every day helped my tumor to shrink faster, but it sure helped me through the vomiting and allowed me to keep most of my meals down. It also gave me an extraordinary energy boost and it helped to keep my balance.
